  • Acquisition of FPT competitors’ business quotes, with the target to double sales to CNH by 2011.
  • Acquisition of the Remanufactured Engines and Service Kits business (Start Up 01/2007).
  • Development of cooperation activities with CNH in North American and China, with the following targets:
- North America: review of product logistics and distribution network, optimization of synergies within the Fiat Group.
- China: common business review by FPT take over of engines development and production activities locally managed by CNH.
